Ayodele Soleye joined the organization as a sales Operation Supervisor, rose through the ranks to become a branch Sales manager and currently heads the stock control department.

Prior to joining Jendol superstore, he was the subject head (ICT) at a Renoun International School.

He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.tech) in computer science and technology. PDGE diploma in education with mathematics has his special.

Ayodele has since honed his skills in the retail Industry by undergoing a professional certification in Loss Prevention (LP).

In 2024, he obtained a Post graduate diploma in Logistics& Supply chain Management from ESPAM formation university, Republic of Benin.
He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Warehousing and Material Management[ACIWM].
He is also a an ASSOCIATE of the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management[ACISCM], An institute Approved and granted corporate charter status in the United States of America.
